Great place. Close to u-bahn. It’s good value for money. They provide everything you could possibly need. But WiFi was slow this time around (I’m a repeat customer) but wish they had fridges in rooms and breakfast menu is repetitive

Okay for a short stay

The room was clean, the staff were polite, the walls are thick enough, so we didn't hear other guests. The hotel has an elevator and free wi-fi. The street wasn't sketchy, we felt safe. The main reason we took this hotel was the price - not to expensive for Vienna.

The hotel is not so close to the city centre - you have to combine two different metro lines or different kinds of public transport, it is about 20-30 minutes ride. Regarding the room, it bothered us that we didn't have a water kettle, shampoo and such things that you usually get in hotels. The wi-fi was a bit slow. There were some constructions on the street right below our window, so bring earplugs if you want to sleep in.

Value for money

Friendly and helpful staff (The lovely lady in the reception gave us another room when i asked for). Good value for money room and very clean. Safe area, close distance to public transport, supermarket and fast food.

I would be good the room to have a small fridge and also even better to have air conditioner in the room for the hot summer days.

A good hotel, which I can recommend.

Friendly staff. Very good breakfast because of big variety. In general clean, good order, a light place. Good location near to tram. Good curtains, which make the room nicely dark for sleeping.

I think, some questions of comfort could be improved: * Beds are low in height, which is not comfortable for an elderly lady as me. * Writing table is standing too tight to the bed, and one could not put a chair in front of it. I had to move the writing table to be able to use it. (Problem in room 108). Last time I had other room, where it was fine. * No hairdryer as standard (but one can get one, if you ask) * There is often queue at the reception, and I do not like to wait so long for my turn. (lack of 2. staff ...)

It was good value for money.

It was close to the Metro, and not too far from city center. The room and bathroom were clean.

The room got really heated during the day and in the night we had to sleep with the windows open, due to the heat. The walls are really thin, you can hear everything from the hallway and from the other rooms. At the reception there is an area where you can order coffe. Even though there is double espresso in the menu, the people serving the coffe will bring you americano instead. Only one person knew how to prepare a double espresso (this was after drinking americano a few days in a row).

The staff was very friendly and kind, the wifi connection is good, the metro station is near (only 5 minutes walk).

The hall was very noisy in the mornings, the ground wasn't clean, we paid 1 queen bed but got 2 merged single beds so there's a gap in the middle and it's a bit uncomfortable, there isn't hair dryer in the room.
